Ordering Process

Hair Care Products  will only be shipped to Confirmed paypal addresses.

To avoid fraudulant purchases, we will not switch an address under any circumstance. The billing and shipping address must match.

Orders will be processed 48 hrs after the receipt and clearance of payments Monday - Friday.  

 

 

Packaging/Shipping

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for packaging. Jireh Hair Care Products rely on U.S. Postal Service to deliver our orders on time.  . If there are any discrepancies involving shipping, please contact us at JirehEdgeControl@gmail.com to be provided tracking information and further assistance to resolve all matters.

 

 

All Domestic orders will contain Signature Confirmation

If you are not at the shipping location at the time of delivery  USPS will notify you on where to pick up your package. 

 

 

Domestic (USA) 

Orders are shipped via USPS  First Class which takes approximately 3-5 business days for delivery, once the order has left our facilit. International

Orders are shipped via USPS Internaltional which takes approximately  7-10 business days, once the order has left our facility. Please allow 10 business days, due to any issues with the USPS. Once order has left the U.S. we can no longer track it.

Cancellations
